Who we are

TRIGRAMS Studio ("we", "us"), ABN 85 714 298 118, is a marketing systems studio operated by Alex Oliver in Perth, Western Australia. You can reach us any time at hello@trigrams.studio.

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, business name, and whatever you write in your message.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Bookings: if you book a call through Calendly, they collect your name, email, and chosen time on our behalf.
• Analytics: anonymous page-visit data via Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookie-free and doesn't identify you personally.

We don't collect payment details through this website, and we never ask for sensitive information here.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry — usually the same day.
• To deliver services you've engaged us for.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works immediately.
• To understand which pages are useful, so the site keeps improving.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.

Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of tools, each with their own privacy policy:

• Formspree — processes form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
• Vercel — hosts the site and provides anonymous analytics.
• Calendly — handles call bookings.
• Email platforms (such as MailerLite or similar) — deliver the newsletter and any automated sequences.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia (typically in the United States). By using the forms on this site you consent to that transfer.

Cookies and local storage

We don't use tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage remembers two things only: whether you've seen the newsletter popup, and whether you've subscribed — so we don't keep asking. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.

Storage and security

Information you send us lives in our email and the service providers listed above, all protected by access controls. We keep it only as long as we need it to do the things described in this policy.

Access, correction, and deletion

Want to see what we hold about you, fix it, or have it deleted? Email hello@trigrams.studio and it'll be handled promptly, at no cost.

Complaints

If you think we've mishandled your information, contact us first and we'll do our best to fix it quickly. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes affecting newsletter subscribers will be flagged by email.
